Fontys Technology plays an active role in strengthening the Brainport Eindhoven ecosystem through innovative engineering education, applied research and strong collaboration with high‐tech industry partners. The conference takes place on the Fontys campus in Eindhoven (De Rondom 1), placing REM 2026 in the heart of one of Europe’s most dynamic high‐tech regions. About REM 2026 Over REM 2026

REM 2026 is the 24th edition of an established IEEE‐supported international conference that brings together researchers, educators, and industry innovators in the fields of mechatronics, robotics, automation, embedded systems, and intelligent control. REM 2026 is de 24e editie van een gevestigde, door IEEE ondersteunde internationale conferentie die onderzoekers, docenten en innovators uit de industrie samenbrengt op het gebied van mechatronica, robotica, automatisering, embedded systemen en intelligente besturing.

All submitted full papers undergo double‐blind IEEE‐compliant review by at least two reviewers, following strict quality, originality, relevance, clarity, and validation criteria. Alle ingediende volledige papers worden dubbelblind beoordeeld volgens IEEE-richtlijnen door minstens twee reviewers, op basis van strikte criteria voor kwaliteit, originaliteit, relevantie, duidelijkheid en validatie.

Accepted papers must be presented on‐site and will be submitted for publication in IEEE Xplore. Geaccepteerde papers moeten ter plaatse worden gepresenteerd en worden ingediend voor publicatie in IEEE Xplore.
